One of the things I love most about living in the country is seeing wildlife in its natural environment. From the smallest to the largest of God’s creatures, I enjoy watching them move through the world on their own terms—unhurried, unbothered, and beautifully present.
Over the years, I’ve painted domestic animals and wildlife from many places, not just those near home. Some were commissioned portraits of beloved pets; others were inspired by species I’ve long admired. Whether it’s a quiet moment between barnyard companions or the striking presence of a wild creature, I try to capture the dignity and spirit each one carries.
