Size: 24″ w x 18″ h
Support: Gallery Wrap Stretched Canvas
Description: A painting of a young boy and his dog as they play along the lakeshore while a toy boat sails by. The lake is colorful with blues and greens and is surrounded by trees with a mountain range in the background. The painting is signed by oil painting artist Teresa Bernard.
This painting is hand-painted on gallery wrap stretched canvas and does not require a frame before display since the composition extends around the edges of the canvas giving it a contemporary look. However, it will look great should you choose to have it framed.

Artist Comments
A Boy and His Dog is a painting reminiscent of the happiest times in life when we were carefree and simple things amazed us. Sometimes life gets so complicated that it’s nice to stop and remember the days of our youth.
When my children were young, like the little boy in this painting, I loved to watch their fascination with the simplest things in life. Things that, as an adult, I often took for granted. Sometimes it’s nice to slow down and enjoy simple pleasures like this again.
